The website is hosted on Vercel. When you visit the site, Vercel may process technical data such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser and device information, referrer, and security/performance logs. This is used to operate the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is legitimate interest in secure website operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Business email is handled through Google Workspace. If you email Fado Ghani, your email address, message content, metadata, and any attachments are processed to respond to your inquiry, prepare or perform a contract, or handle business records. Google Drive may be used to host or deliver PDF resources. Google Calendar may receive booking details created through the booking provider.

The Free Reset signup and related email delivery use MailerLite. MailerLite processes the email address and consent-related records needed to deliver the Free Reset emails, document consent, and manage unsubscribes. This may include the consent checkbox/status, consent wording or version, signup source, timestamps, delivery status, and unsubscribe status.

The legal basis for Free Reset and related marketing emails is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and prior express consent under Section 7 UWG. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. Consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time.

Paid Fitness Reset checkout is handled through Stripe. Stripe may process payment data, billing details, fraud/security signals, receipt or invoice data, refund data, and payment status. Fado Ghani does not store card details on this website. Payment and invoice records may be retained for legal accounting and tax obligations.

The legal bases are contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for accounting, tax, and business records.

After verified payment, customers may receive access to a private booking page that embeds or links to TidyCal. TidyCal may process booking details such as name, email address, selected time, timezone, event details, reschedule/cancel actions, and brief booking answers.

Booking details and brief answers may also appear in host notifications and Google Calendar event descriptions. For that reason, the booking form is intentionally minimized and should not be used to submit medical records, diagnoses, medication details, injury histories, urgent medical issues, or sensitive health information.

The legal basis for booking and session preparation is contract performance under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If a future workflow intentionally collects health-related information, separate explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR will be required before submission.

If you contact Fado Ghani through the website contact form, email, or direct message, the submitted contact details, message content, metadata, attachments, and related communication records may be processed to respond to your inquiry, prepare or perform a contract, and handle business records.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to a contract or pre-contractual request, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries and business communication, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where records must be retained for legal obligations.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic website traffic and improve the website. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to work without tracking cookies and does not store tracking information on your device.

Technically necessary storage or access may be used where required to operate the website, provide security, prevent abuse, or process checkout and booking-related redirects. Optional marketing or tracking cookies are not used unless consent is requested where legally required.

The website, checkout, email, and booking flow are designed not to collect medical records or detailed health information. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, detailed injury histories, emergency issues, identity documents, payment details outside checkout, or other sensitive information through these channels.

If sensitive health information is submitted anyway, Fado Ghani will handle it confidentially, use only what is necessary for the inquiry, service, legal obligation, or dispute, and will not use it for marketing or profiling. Where legally possible, unnecessary sensitive information will be deleted or restricted.

The current provider stack may include Vercel, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Calendar, MailerLite, Stripe, TidyCal, and their subprocessors. Provider roles may differ by processing activity. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

International transfers may rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent safeguards. Where required, providers are used on the basis of appropriate data-processing terms or equivalent legal safeguards.

• Server and security logs: provider defaults and the shortest practical operational period unless security or legal needs require longer.
• Free Reset subscribers: until unsubscribe, withdrawal, deletion request, or list cleanup.
• Consent evidence: while emails are sent and for a defensible limitation period after last contact, commonly three years from year-end.
• Unsubscribe/suppression data: as long as necessary to honor the unsubscribe and prevent re-mailing.
• Email inquiries without a customer relationship: typically 6 to 24 months unless a longer legal or dispute need exists.
• Booking records: until session completion plus a short operational period, for example six months, unless legal or dispute needs require longer.
• Payment, invoice, and accounting records: retained for the legally required tax and bookkeeping periods.

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent for the future. You also have the right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.

These Terms apply to use of this website and to the purchase and participation in the 60-Minute Fitness Reset provided by Fado Ghani.

The Fitness Reset is a one-time 60-minute online educational fitness and lifestyle planning session. The purpose is to review your current routine, constraints, goals, and identify realistic next steps so you can leave with a practical reset plan.

The service is educational and planning-oriented. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, emergency support, injury rehabilitation, treatment of disease, or personalized medical nutrition advice.

The paid Fitness Reset service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Services for minors are not offered unless separate parental consent and additional safeguards are arranged first.

The Fitness Reset Session is a paid service. Payment must be completed in full before access to the scheduling calendar is provided.

By completing the checkout process, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Withdrawal Policy, and the Medical/Fitness Disclaimer. After successful payment, you will be directed to schedule your session date and time.

The binding total price for the Fitness Reset Session is the amount displayed on the final Stripe checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Prices are stated in USD. If your bank or card provider applies currency exchange rates or international transaction fees, those are handled directly by your provider and are not included in our fee.

Due to the German small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung according to § 19 UStG), no VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is charged or shown on the invoice.

You are responsible for deciding whether any fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle change is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle routines if you have pain, injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication, or other safety concerns.

You agree not to use the website, PDF, emails, booking flow, or session as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, emergency support, injury rehabilitation, or personalized medical nutrition advice.

No specific result is guaranteed. Fitness, weight, body composition, health, energy, and habit outcomes depend on many factors outside Fado Ghani's control, including health status, schedule, recovery, nutrition, consistency, and follow-through.

PDFs, emails, notes, frameworks, and session materials are provided for personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, published, or used commercially without written permission.

Testimonials or feedback will only be used publicly with separate permission. Sensitive health information will not be intentionally published as part of a testimonial.

The website, email delivery, payment, calendar, and booking flow rely on third-party providers such as Vercel, Google Workspace, Stripe, MailerLite, and TidyCal. Temporary technical interruptions may occur. If a provider-side technical issue prevents booking or session delivery, contact hello@fadoghani.com so a practical solution can be arranged.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or statutory rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for injury to life, body, or health, intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Within the limits allowed by law, Fado Ghani is not responsible for outcomes caused by decisions or actions outside the agreed educational scope, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or failure to seek professional advice where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

You may reschedule or cancel your session by using the provider link where available or by contacting hello@fadoghani.com as early as possible. Please do this at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Canceling the calendar booking does not automatically trigger a refund. If you prefer a refund instead of rebooking, please email us.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, missed sessions, or late arrivals may not be eligible for a voluntary refund. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened or treated as delivered at the scheduled end time. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If Fado Ghani cannot deliver the session because of provider-side technical issues, illness, scheduling conflict, or another provider-side reason, you will be offered a reasonable rescheduling option or, where appropriate, a refund.

Voluntary refunds outside statutory withdrawal rights are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method where technically possible. After a refund has been initiated, the time until it appears on your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Once the session has been fully delivered, voluntary refunds are generally not available unless required by law or agreed in writing.

If you are a consumer in Germany or the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period normally begins after the contract is concluded.

If you request that the service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, separate early-performance consent is required. If the service is fully performed after valid early-performance consent and the legally required acknowledgment, the withdrawal right may expire under the applicable consumer-law rules. If you withdraw after performance has begun but before full performance, proportionate payment rules may apply where legally permitted.

To exercise a withdrawal right, send a clear statement to hello@fadoghani.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

If a valid withdrawal is made and a refund is due, the refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed.
