I am not a 22-year-old fitness influencer. My background includes an MBA from the UK and spans 15+ years across international organizations and demanding global roles. I know what it feels like to live out of a suitcase, operate across shifting time zones, and face the visceral pressure of high-stakes responsibilities.

Over time, I saw brilliant, hard-working professionals completely sacrifice their physical foundation for their careers. They believed the myth that maintaining fitness required hours of perfect daily execution, which their schedules simply could not support.
