Ever since I can remember, I had always been on some sort of a diet - be it a regular (skip a meal) approach or to the extremes of 'lemon detox' diet. But then the strongest and the most enthusiastic way of undoing any of the progress was during the holidays or business trips. For me, it had been a battle of ferocious personal defeat that I always enjoyed losing. The question arises: WHY?

Being an avid traveller, fitness enthusiast and a busy working professional with family responsibilities, meant I dig to the core of the issue. The root cause is remarkably simple: it's our habits combined with lack of awareness. It reminds me of a famous quote that I recall and paraphrase here: we spend half of our lives forming habits and another half understanding and undoing them. Breaking this loop doesn't require complex nutritional technicalities. It requires a fundamental shift in awareness.

Best I demonstrate and share tips in my future travel videos. Nothing extreme but a sustainable approach in action to enjoy all the foods and travels...
